     Press VOICE MAIL key, system will answer, Press 7 6

To record your personal greeting 
     Press VOICE MAIL key, system wil answer, Press 4, Listen and follow prompts 
     making sure to leave greeting in OFF mode

Name on telephone display
     When entering names, the interface is similar to text messaging. 
     Press CALL 1, Dial 800, Press HOLD
     
     After each letter, press the # key to skip to the next letter:
